Volunteers are responsible for

Arriving at the meeting point

Paying for transportation to the first
work site.

Carrying out the orders of the GBT
leadership, the crew-leaders and the project-leaders.

Listening to the safety instructions and
using them.

Following the daily schedule.

Informing the crew-leader about one’s one
health.

Carefully using the equipment. The
volunteer is financially responsible for deliberately-caused
damage.

Leaving with the rest of the group at the
end of the project.
Volunteers have the right to

Inform GBT about the dates of his/her
arrival.

Expect help with visa registration (for
foreigners only).
-
Expect insurance against tick-borne
encephalitis if (s)he does not already have it.
-
Require work materials, the first aid
kit, and safety equipment (gloves, helmets) from the
organizers.
-
Expect meals to be organized during the
project.
-
Expect cultural activities to be
organized.
-
Leave the project before it concludes in
the case of medical emergency, sickness, accident, etc.
-
Make suggests and requests of the
leadership.
